Shiping and Returns

We aim to dispatch orders on 1-2 day we receive your order. Delivery of the order may alter according to delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Returns can be requested within 14 days from when you receive your order. Please contact info@magnolistanbul.com or call XXXX to share the details   

A refund will be issued within 15 days from receiving it, provided that Products are returned unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all original labels attached, and complete with all parts and accessories using their original packaging and  the shipping receipt.  

Magnol reserves the right to inspect the Products returned and to refuse the return of those Products which do not comply with the requirements specified above.
