Goba Art and Design Services Ltd. Ltd. I have read and understood the Information Text presented to me by (“ Magnol ”) under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“ KVKK ”).

My identity (including name, surname and date of birth, marital status), contact, location, marketing, customer transaction, professional experience information, transaction security information, social media account information, cosmetic product usage information, customer hobbies information: (i) ) in order to carry out company and product loyalty processes and activities for customer satisfaction, and in this context to provide various advantages to customers within the framework of the loyalty program and to inform them about them, (ii) to plan and implement customized marketing activities by analyzing customer shopping habits and trends within the scope of carrying out product marketing processes. for the purpose of creating additional customer cards, performing customer segmentation and other customer relationship management (CRM) analyzes on purchased products, and managing and reporting their execution within the company, (iii) carrying out advertising/campaign/promotion processes and communication activities (sending promotional products, sending promotional products to the winners of competitions). I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Company for the purpose of sending electronic commercial messages (including sending products) and in this context (phone, SMS, MMS, e-mail (printed) or other forms).

For the above-mentioned purposes, the Company may transfer my personal data (special and non-specialized) at home or abroad based on my explicit consent; Group companies of the Company that cooperate and/or receive services, consultancy firms that receive support in sales, marketing, customer relations, law, accounting and similar fields, and third parties that provide support in sales, marketing and software issues related to the activities of the Company (SMS and e-mail). -mail sending, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), advertising and public relations and cloud computing, backup, software support companies and similar) can be shared and/or made accessible to these people.
